This year's theme is Intelligence Plus Character. Inspired by Martin Luther King Jr., our theme explores the foundational principles of character, integrity, and mindfulness as critical cornerstones of leadership and workplace collaboration. The Summit seeks to explore concepts surrounding AI, Leadership Development, Social Justice and Workforce Development as landscapes for critical reflection and pause as we reach a new era.

The 2027 SOULABOR Leadership Summit will take place on February 9–10, 2027, running each day from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. This two-day gathering is designed to cultivate brave spaces for emerging and established leaders to deepen self-awareness, expand leadership capacity, and practice courageous, values-driven decision making. Participants can expect a carefully curated program of experiential workshops, facilitated peer learning, and skill-building sessions led by experienced coaches and practitioners from the SOULABOR network.

In addition to the main summit experience, attendees will have access to a series of optional events offered throughout the year following the summit. These post-summit opportunities are organized through our Bridge Networking Group and are intended to sustain momentum, foster ongoing connection, and translate summit learning into real-world practice.
